2 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 tbsp of organic pure maple syrup
A pinch of cayenne pepper
Half a glass of pure water.
Preparation: mix all the ingredients and if possible add the lemon pulp also. Drink this juice once in the morning. This helps in digestion and cayenne pepper helps to soften and break up the mucus. Maple syrup contains vitamins and mineral supplements. This helps in eliminating the toxins from the body. It also cleanses the kidneys and digestive system.
There are many unnatural ways to cleanse your colon. Like hydrotherapy and enema. These are for acute cases of constipation. Once your body gets used to laxatives then your bowels will want it always. It is not advisable to take laxatives all the time.
